The beauty of this package is its simplicity- just exceptional therapeutic benefits from customized treatments. You can combine a 45, 60 or 90 minute massage with a Customized Spruce Facial - as the package name implies, you’re treated from head to toe.
You begin by getting into one of our super comfy waffle robes, helping yourself to snacks, water or tea and perusing the latest issues of Men’s Health, Fashion, Dwell, Wallpaper or Interview magazines (to name but a few). Then you’ll get cozy in the warm cedar lined infrared sauna, where you can privately relax, unwind and meditate.
Your sauna session will heat up your muscles, making them extra pliable for some Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage or the array of massage techniques your Registered Massage Therapist or Spruce Body Work Therapist is armed with.
Next, you’ll be sinking into an extra comfy skin care table. Under a pillowy duvet with pore-opening steam, your facial muscles will melt away any tension under the hands of your skilled Skin Therapist, who after closely looking at your skin using an in-depth FaceMapping technique, will customize your treatment to address your skin’s needs. At Spruce Body Lab, our Skin Therapists have a myriad of exfoliation options ranging from mild treatments for sensitive skins to deep, medical grade glycolic peels (20-40%) for clients in need of a more intense treatment.
If you’d like to end your treatment ready for an evening out- we can also apply Colorescience minerals to even our your skin tone with ingredients that enhance your skin treatment rather than traditional make-up which will undo the benefits of your facial.
